Do I Have HIV? / Re: Risk?« Last post by Jim Allen on March 23, 2023, 10:49:57 am »Hiya,
Frottage/grinding (rubbing against) and masturbation isn't any HIV risk to you. Quote Would it have made a difference if he hasn’t worn underwear? No. Here's what you need to know to reduce your HIV risks: Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse correctly and consistently, with no exceptions. Consider talking to your healthcare provider about PrEP as an additional layer of protection against HIV Keep in mind that some sexual practices described as safe in terms of acquiring HIV still pose a risk for other easier-acquired STIs. So please do get tested at least yearly for STIs, including but not limited to HIV, and more frequently if condomless intercourse occurs. Also, note that it is possible to have an STI and show no signs or symptoms; testing is the only way to know. Kind regards Jim Please Note. Do I Have HIV? / Risk?« Last post by hallo1993hallo9393 on March 23, 2023, 10:15:49 am »Hello everyone,
I‘m a post bottom surgery transman and I had a sexual experience with a guy. I was naked (with an erection) and he was still wearing his underwear and sitting/grinding on my lap for a couple of seconds. Is there any danger if my penis came near is anus? Penetration probably would be difficult with the underwear still on. My thoughts are running wild that I accidentally penetrated him but I’m pretty sure I would have noticed that despite the fact that I have less sensation in my penis than other men. Would it have made a difference if he hasn’t worn underwear? After that we participated in mutual masturbation which I consider no risk. 25

You did not acquire HIV from receiving a blowjob, so no HIV exposure and no HIV testing is needed over receiving a blowjob, end of story. The only thing you mentioned here that could be any potential HIV risk to you is sex with your wife. So move on with your life, reduce your HIV risk by using condoms for any intercourse, and as you are sexually active, get an STI screening yearly out of standard routine. 27

Living With HIV / Re: Need help - Hospital bill on vacation due to my HIV status« Last post by daveR on March 23, 2023, 05:00:11 am »Not wanting to add to your woes but keep an eye on your visa expiry date. They will charge overstay fees, usually per day over.
To be honest, raising the money by whatever way you can is the only way out. I will be very surprised if the hospital backs down. The legal system will be against you here. There has been a lot of complaints from the Government in the past few years about tourists using medical services here in Thailand and not paying their bills. I know you thought your insurance would cover it but due to what has happened previously expect no official sympathy or assistance. Other stranded tourists have had family members start gofundme pages for them to pay hospital bills here. 29

Do I Have HIV? / Re: Please define my risks« Last post by Jim Allen on March 23, 2023, 02:31:34 am »Hiya.
With or without a condom receiving a blowjob lacks the conditions required for acquiring HIV; thus, it makes sense that after 40+ years of this pandemic in terms of BJs, there hasn't been a single documented case of HIV transmission to an insertive partner (the person being "sucked"), and you will not be the worlds first. In short, you had no HIV risk from receiving a blowjob. Quote wife I'll mention the same thing whenever anyone mentions being in a relationship; If you engage in condomless sex with your partner, you are obviously at risk of acquiring HIV. In relationships, condomless sex is often based on trust or past test results; however, this does not prevent HIV, so if condomless sex does occur, you should consider testing more frequently.
