5 weeks ago I had an encounter with a guy, he first tried to finger my anus for a couple seconds, and I stopped him because I didn't like it, after that I had to check my phone, so I stood up and went away for some minutes, when I came back he tried to do it again for some seconds again, and I stopped him, about this I am worried because there might have been some precum in his finger, and I don't know if my anus could have been hurt, with a cut or something from the first time he tried fingering. After that happened he was having an erection and I was too, he took my penis in his hand and all of the sudden he touched my penis with his penis, for like a second, I stopped him and left right away  , so again his precum worries me touching the tip of my pennis ( I am not circumcised), Two weeks after that I got a sore troath, but it could be related to a root canal I had a weeks before it happened, but since ARS has sore troath, it kind of worried me, I have been really bad these past 5 weeks because of that, I don't know if I was in risk,, should I get tested? or is just guilt? . Many things have been happening where I see the words hiv and aids, I went to a bar and I saw VIH  music chanel, I saw world war Z and then I read it had metaphors about AIDS, I was in a plane and I turned to my right and the guy right next to me was reading a newspaper with huge letters saying AIDS, I am going crazy... Please relax. Nothing you mention is any form of risk for HIV,

HIV is a fragile virus and cannot remain infectous outside the body.

Sexually, HIV is spread through unprotected anal and vaginal sex. Period.

Fingering, even with precum, cannot transmit HIV

Touching penises cannot transmit HIV

Only unprotected anal and vaginal sex.

You had no risk.

You do know, don't you, that answering your phone during a sexual encounter isn't foreplay, it's just rude? Switch your phone off next time.

Having said that, you didn't have a risk for hiv infection.

Here's what you need to know in order to avoid hiv infection:

You need to be using condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, every time, no exceptions until such time as you are in a securely monogamous relationship where you have both tested for ALL sexually transmitted infections together.

To agree to have unprotected intercourse is to consent to the possibility of being infected with an STI. Sex without a condom lasts only a matter of minutes, but hiv is forever.

Have a look through the condom and lube links in my signature line so you can use condoms with confidence.

ALTHOUGH YOU DO NOT NEED TO TEST OVER ANYTHING YOU MENTIONED HERE, anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.

If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results.

Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv. Some of the other STIs can be present with no obvious symptoms, so the only way to know for sure is to test.

Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple!
