:DYour chickens are gorgeous. I wish ours were so pretty and they won't hatch out their eggs, unless we steal the eggs and put them in a incubator our chickens just eat them.  What  breed is  Bonnie  and what do you feed them to make them look so pretty.   Cristy

Hi Cristy

Bonnie is a Bantam hen..I have no idea what the other girls are..I just feed them kitchen craps and wheat along with laying pellets, and of course they have the run of the garden so they eat whatever else they pick up from there.

Jan,
The critters look great. I've thought about keeping a few chickens around. I've also thought about Ducks too. How many altogether do you have? A chicken count as well as any other animals you may have hanging about would be interesting to see. Keep taking care of your babies!

Hi Carl

I have 5 Alpaca's (with one on the way in Feb)..5 goats..16 sheep..13 lambs..5 chickens..19 chicks..1 rooster and 1 dog...oh, and two foster goats... :D

I have had quite a few PM's from some of the newer members wanting to see some photo's of the Alpaca's and goats so I will put up a couple of pics for them to see...I'm glad that we have so many animal lovers here, otherwise I would never get to show off my babies... :D

Poor chooks, Jan's been feeding them crap!  :o What a shitty thing to do! Still, they don't seem to be suffering for it!

Your hens are beautiful (as is the rooster).  I love the color on the mom with the two chicks (Bonnie?).
