ISOLATION is a very common when you are dealing with HIV and i have always said that it is the isolation that is worse that the actual disease.i have tried several support groups and i have found there is no sense of respect for the actual of the group.everyone just talks about what they did or who they did the night before!!!i get so upset ,and i never went back.MY only strength is that I have to be the only person that i can depend on!!!i cannot trust anyone and will never let anyone get close to me and thats the only way that i have found effective in my survival.i know it sounds sad but this is what works and thats why i have survived while all of my friends have passed away

Magnificent advice! Much appreciated.

Hey, so I'm going to come for a visit and stay with you next week. We'll play charades, maybe some cards, find ourselves. It'll be great. See you at 6 on Monday? Have some dinner ready if you don't mind. And I don't eat red meat. Toodles! :D

I love it, very funny.  Honestly people who just say go out there and find a friend are idiots.  Would they volunteer to be your friend, no.
Pray God you can cope
I know you have a little life in you yet.
I know you have a lot of strength left.

❝ Don’t attach yourself to anyone who shows you the least bit of attention because you’re lonely. Loneliness is the human condition. No one is ever going to fill that space. The best you can do is know yourself… know what you want.
