Welcome to Do I Have HIV?

Welcome to the "Do I Have HIV?" POZ forum.

This special section of the POZ forum is for individuals who have concerns about whether or not they are HIV positive. Individuals are permitted to post up to three questions or responses in this forum.

Ongoing participation in the "Do I Have HIV?" forum (posting more than three questions or responses) requires a paid subscription, with secure payments made via PayPal.

A seven-day subscription is $9.99, a 30-day subscription is $14.99 and a 90-day subscription is $24.99.

Anyone who needs to post more than three messages in the "Do I Have HIV?" forum -- including past, present and future POZ Forums members -- will need to subscribe, with secure payments made via PayPal.

First sorry for my english!.

I’m from Paraguay and i post my case in the spanish section, but now i add new information.

Risk relantionships

Sex with too many “women sex workers” at least 15 times. I used protection on vaginal sex, but sometimes the preservative broke during the penetration. Sometimes I receive oral sex without protection.

Worry Symptons

Big inflammation in the submaxillary zone (lymphatic ganglions?). Before that, irritation and itch in the same zone. Maybe some fever. Disappeared in two or three days). Light pain in the throat over a month.

Test

EIA negative, I think 6 months and 17 days of that big inflammation. VDRL negative. The ordinary blood test says that I have white blood cells near the lowest standard parameter 5.800 /mm3 (I read this is normal on VHI+ people).

I have at leats 15 risk situations! It's possible that i don't have VIH?

STOP PMing ME! I won't ask you again - I'll just give you a time out for disregarding our posting guidelines.

You're not going to get a different answer in the English forum. You do not have hiv. You've tested conclusively hiv negative.

YOU DO NOT HAVE HIV!

See your doctor about your symptoms. Whatever is going on has nothing to do with hiv.

Keep using condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple.

Read through all three condom and lube links in my signature line so you can avoid breakages in future. A correctly used condom rarely breaks.

the only reason that i post the topic in the english forum is to know is it possible that i don't have VIH, when i have at leats 15 risk situations!

As I have said to you in the Spanish-language Forum, HIV is not your problem. You ignore what I have said to you and instead continue to focus on symptoms.

Whatever is going on with you regard to symptoms has absolutely nothing to do with HIV.  As Ann has again told you, you have reliably tested negative for HIV.

You're allowing your fears to run you and you have no basis in HIV science to be concerned about the virus. Your "new information" regarding symptoms does not affect the reliability of your HIV test result.

Discuss your symptoms with your doctor. We can't diagnose anything here.
