AIDS Questions about working and travelling
« on: February 28, 2007, 09:55:40 AM »
Like someone have said I wpould give my both b... to work.

Oct `06 : Cd4 = 58  Candida Eshofagitis for 2 weeks
Since then : HPV on Nov  `06 and now , acid removed , Herpes Genitalis on dec `06 , bronchitis two weeks ago with increased lymph nodes , and  smaller anorectal inflammation due to a hammo`s.
I also become introvert and a doc gave me a excitalopram as SSRI .

I would really like to go back to work but I`m a little bit frightened of :

a) Opp. Inf.    because it is 60 houres job ( "all or nothing" by my boss)........

b) Flu , bronchitis and other troubles ............................
It is a small office with people who often don`t tell that they are ill , because thay have family`s to support.

c) Altered mental state . I feel depressed and it is clearly visible.People who know me doesn`t recognize me anymore. It seems to me that I would be a black crow at the office so to speak....and collegues don`t like it.I`m not in any bad mood, just much more quiet.....and thoughtfull..............

d) I also could not tell a real reason of my intermission because I would be fired immediately.........

I am also worried about travelling to work by bus and travelling anyway.

Could it provoke a infection or a OI break-out ?

We really are in need of some more income ( 4 of us in a family , only one wage ) , but I`m in doubt if I am more usefull as a home staying dad ?

A frend of mine with full time job has ended in hospital due to "overloading" for the New Year.He is a hair-dresser and his CD4 was about 450 > He got a  mild  crypto menningitis and was out of work for two weeks.
And due to a suplly shortage  overhere in Serbia doctors are "stripping off" the pacients  immediately if their CD4 > 500-600 and put them back again when it drop down to 200 .
What a rollercoaster............................

P.S : I`m also worried about HPV . It is on my front side  , but 3 days ago I have noticed a redness on my back , with kind of an ulceration 2 mm  in witdh , burning sensation , in a anorectal region...............did anyone here has something similar.............I strictly care about my hygiene .

Any advices about these things and questions ........................anyone ?
