I'm meeting someone off gaydar in a bit....that's the closest I'll get to declarations of love today I reckon.   ;D  But I'm not bothered really, I'm past caring about phoney holidays like this.

Aww - can't begrudge those lucky folks who have a sweety to celebrate with...and besides I have my best 4 legged friend to celebrate with...although he forgot to get me roses and chocolate and just wants me to rub his belly all the time.

I could see the lightning; somewhere in the east
And I wished for affection, and I wished for calm

I'm having bitter single friends over after work... and we're watching "Cries and Whispers."

All about the emptiness of relationships, and how we manage to sabotage not only those but ourselves as well.  In Swedish.

Plus wine.

Your tastebuds can't repel flavor of this magnitude!

  • Yes, I'm a cry baby, AND WHAT?
It's a corny and dumb holiday and didn't celebrate it when i was a neggie with a bf so it doesn't bother me. It bothers me to see how all these guys and girls (straights) are running around like headless chickens buying gifts, it's sooo 1980's to celebrate this day. It's another Weds to me.
