Need to rantttt.
« on: January 30, 2007, 05:14:27 PM »
RAWWWRRRRGH.

Just frustrated right now.

I'm homeschooled (highschool) via PA Cyber. All tests are taken via the intahweb. Basically, I load up the test, fill them in and submit them. Some of them are automatically graded (multiple choice) some are graded by my teachers (essay questions and such).

So, last night I was in the middle of taking a test and my internet died. Now, you cannot go and retake a test. You must complete it when you open up the damn thing. But, you know, my internet died and I had to restart and stuff. So, I go to open it up again and it goes, "Well, you've already taken this test, bitch, click here to see the results." And so I DO and it goes, "What're you trying to trick us or something? This test hasn't been taken yet there aren't any results." Of course, you know, neither in those words but that was the jist of it.

So, I had to email my teacher and tell her what happened and she had some tech guys go and fix it so I took it and I did some answers that were automated even though you type in the answer instead of multiple choice - I got the RIGHT answers but in the WRONG ORDER. Like I had to list studios (this is for my cinema class, okay?) and I had to list like the 5 major studios of Old Hollywood or some pointless thing like that and I had them in an order different from the correction response.

So I had to email my teacher AGAIN to tell her that so she can fix it and I'm waiting for that to happen now.

I'm disgustingly frustrated right now and I had to rant it out. Sorry.
