One of the disadvantages of the new forum is that it can't handle the amount of readers it has. Today I couldn't reach the forum for a long time: I got this message on my screen:

Sorry, SMF was unable to connect to the database. This may be caused by the server being busy. Please try again later.

Sometimes the problem could be on your side - NL. i had problems sending mails to NL , my mails were send back.

It's been s-l-o-w here in NC, too.  I was wondering if it was our 'net connection at work, but other sites worked fast as ever.
