Also awaiting my labs will have it by the 16th and must say I am nervous in a big way not that i need to be since i am taking care of my body and myself. In the beginning of my holiday I lost a few kilograms and from last week to know have gained 4 kg's feels awesome and it is without any form of steroids only supplements and vitamins.

I wish you all the best for 2007 and that your dreams becomes your reality of your life.

Much love to all

Bide the Wiccan law ye must,
In perfect love and perfect trust
Eight words the Wiccan Rede fulfill
An' ye harm none, do what ye will.

What ye send forth comes back to thee,
so ever mind the Law of three,
follow this with mind and heart,
Merry ye meet, and merry ye part.

Its about time you checked in!!!  I am glad you are ok. And I am glad you are not taking steroids for weight gain or muscle mass. Nothing beats the slow and steady approach of diet and exercise.

FALLEN!  Great to see you!  you sound in good spirits.
LIFE is not a race to the grave with the intention of arriving safely
in a pretty and well-preserved body, but, rather to skid in broadside,
thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming--WOW! WHAT A

I missed you more than you know.  I am glad to see you back, and you are hanging with the family... Can I get a woo hoo...  Know you are my thoughts... D
Nothing in the world can take the place of Persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. The slogan 'Press On' has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race.
