Cable in Queens
« on: January 02, 2007, 11:08:02 PM »
Just wondering if there are any peeps out there who live in Queens.  What cable company do you use? RCN?  Time Warner?  Wondering which is better.  I need the bundled package with cable, internet and telephone.

Jeff - Manhattan here, not Queens, but if you consider Time Warner, I would just get cable and Road Runner from them.  Their VOIP phone offering is priced much higher than Vonage.  I have had Vonage phone service since 2004 when it was first offered, and I am very happy with it.  Cheap as anything - $29ish per month, including unlimited long distance in the US and a few other places.

I'm in Pa and I have Time Warner. They have a deal going with all 3 things for 99 for the first 6 months. I have seen the Vonage commercials and have to agree with SoSad, that they are the cheapest, Time Warner charges 39.95 for their digital phone. Decisions, Decisions... ;D
