OH MY.  This is a first for me, the Dr. told you what is wrong and gave you answers as to why you were sick and now you still think you have HIV?

EBV will NOT prevent the tests from determining your HIV status.  It will not delay the development of HIV antibodies.  It will not change your HIV negative status in ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM.

You do NOT need more HIV testing.  You had mono.  Not HIV.

There are dozens of reasons you could have been sick for so long.  I had a friend who was sick for over 5 years!  She had to quit her job she was so sick, they finally diagnosed Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.

One thing you do know for sure 100% certain, it aint HIV!  So my advice is find out what it is.  No one here can tell you.  We can tell you what it ISNT, again it ISNT HIV!  CLEAR?

Parys,

Do you realise that stress and anxiety can cause all sorts of physical symptoms? Are you aware that having a lot of stress in your life can cause you to be more susceptible to colds and flu? Perhaps a couple sessions with a counselor would help.

You are conclusively hiv negative. You do not have hiv.

Yes, you are HIV negative. This is an HIV website.

Whatever is going on with you physically is not something we can diagnose or resolve here. You need to get things handled with your doctor or get as many medical opinions as necessary until you get satisfaction.

And given your level of stress it would also be a good idea to see a counselor or other such professional to get some help with the emotional aspects of this situation.

We've done whatever we can do here.

Good luck with getting a successful resolution.

As long as you don't have mouth sores, or gum diseases or a tooth extraction that day then the risk is nill. Your saliva will handle a the precum.

Parys,

The incident you are concerned about would be VERY unlikely to result in hiv infection. Saliva contains over a dozen different proteins and enzymes that damage hiv and render it unable to infect. Add to that the fact that there are very few of the type of cell hiv can infect present in the mouth and you have an unlikely transmission scenario.

You can test over this if you like, collect your negative result and move on. You only need to test if it is part of your annual or semi-annual sexual health care check up. You only need to test for your own peace of mind.

And don't think you'll be allowed to use this forum to obsess over this. OK?

Parys,

You would NOT get symptoms so quickly if your symptoms were being caused by hiv infection. No way.

You need to seek the help of a mental health professional to assuage your fears.  You are obsessing at this point and that isnt good for your overall health.  Good luck, I dont think we can be of any more help.

There is something wrong with this information on UN I'm from Poland living in UK and I think is wrong information .In Poland I think they believe that that if you are infected the tests are so sensitive that after 6 weeks negative is good sign but they always saying 13 weeks for 100%.

About subtype N

In Poland at the moment is all about this Black men from Cameroon hi came to live in Poland 3 years ago  and hi is a poet or writer. And just recently hi starts to sleep with some girls.Thouse girls they was helping him with writing in Polish and when the girls was asking him to use condom hi was saying they want a condom only because hi is black or sometimes hi was saying hi got the condom on but hi didn't have one on.So the end of this sad very sad story is hi infect all of them with hiv .When the girls one after another went  to see the doctor with some very strong symptoms ,strong flue ,pneumonia doctor advise them to have hiv test and all the girls was tested positive before 3 months after exposure .And then doctor decide to do some more specific test to see what subtype of hiv is that and it was N very very nasty strain for white people.Girls was sick almost from the beginning because this strain is very fast progressing. And the Black guy is now arested and waiting for the trail.Unfortunately thouse girls 4 of them infected hosbands as well sad story very sad

Parys,

If you read the lesson like you claim, you'll know the P24 test is only of use in the first three weeks or so.

You do NOT need a PCR test. They have a high rate of false positives - why risk that? You didn't have a real risk.

OK thank you for your answer its been 6 days from that exposure. So after 2 weeks P24 -HIV DUO  can be done if I'm gonna be freaking out .I just don't understand why PCR-DNA CAN GIVE YOU FALSE POSITIVE WHEN THIS TEST LOOKING FOR THE VIRUS ITSELF IN CELLS EAVEN BEAFORE THE VIRAL LOAD ITS AVALIBLE TO COUNT

Parys,

Not only is the expanation of why PCRs can give false positive reuslts a long and tedious one, I'm not the best person to give you a run down. You'll just have to accept the fact that it happens.

None of this changes the fact that your risk was so tiny that you don't even need to test over it. You had a dick in your mouth for a few seconds. Get over it.

Parys,

Don't think that you will be allowed to come here with every little twinge you experience. Go see your doctor about it, not us. I will give you a time out if you continue to come here to give us a daily run-down on your every little sniffle. That's not what this forum is for.

I'll say it again, you had a dick in your mouth for a few seconds. Get over it.

Hi Ann after my last oral exposure as you now from my previous posts I did full STD including Hiv All Negative Genscreen AntiGen-AntiBody  Hiv 1/2 NEGATIVE and Vitros Eci Hiv 1/2 NEGATIVE I now I have to wait 3 months for 100% accurate results but regarding my risk witch you said was extremely low that I even don't have to test over this contact thouse negative tests now after 21 days are good indicator for 3 months negative?
Especially that this Genscreen test is AntiGen -as well as AntiBody. Please for your opinion I juts want to calm down and wait for 3 months

That is a GREAT indicator of your status and I do not expect it to change when you get it confirmed at 3 months.  You didnt really have a risk in the first place.

Parys,

You're new (I assume that's what you mean by "nem"?) on this forum? What gives? You've been posting here since December.

Hi Ann sorry that was mistake.

I decide to follow your advice and don't test especially for my lats situation because you said I didn't have risk at all.
As you now from my posts I'm suffering from August last year from some unspecific symptoms
And my condition didn't improve at all since.
I have phone call from GUM clinic last month and My health Adviser told me that its worthy to have Hep jab because I'm gay and its much easier to catch it than hiv .But to have jab I needed to have STD screen include hiv test all came back negative so I have 3 jabs foe Hep.
Recently I changed my GP she is one of the Awake one .I started to see her from  end of February .She ordered some blood tests for me like CRP ,full blood count and Plasma viscosity test all come back in normal range apart from my Eosinophil count was a bit high .She said that thouse cells are responsible for allergies and reactions .So according to my results I should be OK.But she said from what I'm saying to her and what she can see I'm not right .She diagnosed me with severe  visible muscle twitching allover  , and she said she don't like my tongue but she looked in the computer and she can see that I was taking some medicines for trush and nothing help and it doesn't look like typical trush but its more like somebody its unwell and got coated tongue with some grey stuff. After a week she call me and told me to make appointment with her .She knows about all my symptoms including Muscle twitching allover and severe headaches sinus pains and recently I started to develop very strange skin allergies all over and reactions with food allergies total intolerance to alcohol .On my appointment she said she want me to see some very good  specialist Dr Stuart Glover in Bristol .She said she don't now what is wrong with me but  she can see that something is not right and  She can see I had some strong infection in August and then strange  multiply colds and flu after until end of February .But according my blood tests and hiv results I should be fine now .I asked her about this specialist and she sad that hi is very good Hiv specialist So I vent so scared but she said to don't worry because she wants me to see him because hi is as well Virus Infections Specialist .She said to me that something is not right but for 7 month now doctors don't now why she's got some idea that I can suffer from Fibromyalgia, and maybe ME but she is not sure and the problem is all thouse condition are strongly associated with  some strong viral infection like hiv or mononucleosis .She said as well that because my AntiBody to Mononucleosis are high that maybe is from that but she cant say because they only shows that I had infection in the past she cant say when maybe that time in August .She as well said that she is sure that I catch something from this hiv positive guy but she is a doctor and she knows that my 4 hiv tests during 7 months are negative and in her opinion I'm negative but its all very odd what still happening with me after 7 months. She thinks I contracted some strong virus that time propably from him but non of the doctors so far have idea what and why I got all thouse strange things. So I decide to see him I got appointment on the end of April .Dear Ann I have no peace of mind since that time in August my symptoms are very unspecific .I have severe muscle twitching with legs pain terrible neck pains constant feeling cold even in a warm room I got shivers every my friends notice that like my body forget how to regulate temperature . Nausea in the morning with some dull stomach pains ,feeling very dizzy sometimes  bopping to things all the time Its like something is affecting my nervous system  And this story with my tongue is driving me crazy its so sore and fizzy with some grey stuff on it like its grooving over night but everybody saying its not topical trush its like somebody got cold or flu and your tongue showing you are not well I need to clean my throat all the tome because its so dry and sore I have as well severe vivid dreams and I'm sleeping all the time every day all the time weak and sleepy .I now you gonna say hmmm whatever it is its not hiv according to your tests and that's only thing what keeps me alive (normal)The bottom line is I need some answers at least what is wrong with me but the problem is to find out what I have contracted in August and why it hit me so so hard and then maybe they can find out what I have now and why I'm still so not well .I even don't now what I have that time  and why I still feel like that after 7 months . Can you just tell me  that people with hiv gonna have CRP( C Reactive Protein ) (test that shows somebody got some infection in his body viral or bacterial) in normal range or higher Ann sorry to take your time again God Bless you I hope you are well

Whatever your problems are they are not related to HIV. You are positively negative. Posting in this forum is not going to help you. This is not an HIV concern and we are not doctors.

Parys,

As you've been told in the past, hiv is not the only illness out there. Whatever is going on with you is certainly not hiv. Good luck getting to the bottom of it.

There is nothing more we can do for you here, other than remind you to always use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, every time, no exceptions, and you will continue to remain hiv negative.
