My father always ordered his rare too. He ordered as: walk it across, and walk it back. I like mine fairly rare, and the best place to get that is at Lisa's kitchen. ;)

LOL...im just the oposite...I tell them well done...burn it. Everyone says i ruin a good steak but to me if its not well done and maybe a little burnt its not good. My dad likes his the same way...maybe its genetic...LOL
