Have you read the lessons on transmission and on testing and REALLY absorbed what they have to say?

If you have then you should know the kinds of non-risks you are continuing to ask about have absolutely no basis in HIV science.

Just because your mind may continue to come up with more what ifs doesn't change the facts about transmission. You need to deal with your anxiety about HIV and that is a separate issue. We can't resolve that for you here. For that you need a professional in a private setting and the sooner the better.

I felt like talking again to you about my worrying on hiv
im having the first therapies with my psyciatrist, because it too much to handle this problem alone, if you can understand
Sometimes (last months) its like I'm destined to contract something through my hangnails, blisters,  mouth and so on
your help is still very useful and I hope not to be living with this longer
im even thinking i can be infected from environmental survices, public places while you say hiv dies immediately when in contact with air.
so is there something wrong in my brain?
bye

Yes, you do have a mental issue--I'm sure there is a technical name, but I'm not a psychologist, so I do not know.  Anyhow, these kinds of issues can be very treatable.  You have taken the first step by realizing there is a problem and taking measures to correct it.  I wish you good luck in that because you deserve to have a much better life that isn't bogged down by anxiety, etc.

yes
and the most bothering is the info on the internet for me (when i look back at it)
for example they say hiv in blood dies in several hours when exposed to air, but it is to 90-99%
so i think what about the other 1 % particles?
it is surely too detailistic, my this irrational fear

HIV is neither alive or dead. It's either active or inactive.

Anyone who continues to post excessively, questioning a conclusive negative result or no-risk situation, will be subject to a four week Time Out (a temporary ban from the Forums). The purpose of a Time Out is to encourage you to seek the face-to-face help we cannot provide on this forum.
