co-payments
« on: July 10, 2014, 04:15:48 PM »
   ojo  Hi everyone

I've been taken meds for more than 19 years, never new about co-pay assistance programs untils last march, it is great!!...I take, Prezista, Norvir, Intelence and Isentress for hiv, and Restasis for my cronic dry eye, I used to pay $275.00 for every three months, today I went to get all my meds and I paid only $30.00 dollar, isn't it great?..for someone who lives on a fix oncome it means a lot...I know that there are a lot of members who are having trouble with their co-payments, but I think there is help out there, just we have to look for it....thx for "listening" ....hugs    ojo

It is amazing to me how many people I have spoken with who are eligible for co-pay assistance and have never heard of it! Their doctors, nurses and case managers should be spreading the word far and redundantly wide.

I agree -- it may also be worth noting that the manufacturers copay programs are not limited by income either -- so if you have a copay and are not using these programs it is worth looking into them, here is a link for your convenience:

These programs save me enough to buy a round for Tonny and Jeff!
