viral load question
« on: May 06, 2014, 04:57:43 PM »
How long does viral load change after a missed dosage?

I forgot to take my med yesterday, but I will be taking it tonight. Does this mean the viral load could have changed in just a short amount of time?

If no, how many days would it take to actually change and how fast does it change? I'm curious.

I'm glad to see it looks like you've not stopped taking your HIV and TB meds as you were discussing last month.  Are you feeling better now?

One missed dose if you've otherwise been adherent and were still undetectable won't hurt, just try not to.  If you miss too often you can run into resistance issues.

If you have a cell phone, set an alarm to go off with a very startling noise. BUT DO NOT ALLOW IT TO GO OFF AT A SYMPHONY. Very embarrassing...
