Sadly it's back! The dreaded ADAP Waiting List!!
« on: February 26, 2014, 03:04:30 PM »
As of February 19, 2014, there are 3 people on the AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) waiting list in Utah. Ten other ADAPs still have cost-containment measures in place since April 1, 2013

The dreaded ADAP Waiting List still going strong - in Utah
« Reply #2 on: April 23, 2014, 10:25:26 PM »
well it's been a few months and instead of clearing that Waiting List, Utah has increased it's ADAP Waiting List to 12 people.

Twelve people who are financially-eligible and in medical need of treatment in Utah are now waiting.... waiting for the state to give more funding to ADAP ... or for someone using ADAP to die so they can take that slot.

Sad times of HIV positive people in the Beehive State  :-X
