Unprotected oral sex. Am i infected?
« on: January 03, 2014, 08:09:31 PM »
Hello,
I recently did a foolish thing by receiving an unprotected blow job from an unknown lady in the massage parlour a week ago. It lasted jus for a max 3-4 minutes (most of the time she was doing it by hand and sucked for like 3 times (not deep throat). I had no cuts/sores on my penis. I donot know abt the mouth condition of the lady. She said shes not HIV infected but i cant just believe on her. I have started freaking out like hell since then, cursing myself for the stupidest act. I went to a doc and had my urine and blood tests for the STDs and awaiting the reports. Please help me...am i at risk??? I am seriously freaking out like hell.
Just from the other day i started experiencing a liitle burning like sensation on the penis head but its not constant. I feel like urinating frequently but nothing comes out. I feel like something is discharging from the penis but when i check theres nothing. This was my first blow job and I feel that she had stretched it to the fullest to which my penis was never exposed to.
Please help me...I am really freaking out like hell!!! :(

The theoretical risk for oral transmission of HIV comes from GIVING a blow job to an infected man with a high viral load while you have significant wounds in your mouth .

You did not could not and will not get HIV from getting your dick sucked .

ALTHOUGH YOU DO NOT NEED HIV TESTING AT THIS TIME for this incident , anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.

If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results.

Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than HIV. Some of the other STDs can be present with no obvious symptoms, so the only way to know for sure is to test.

Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid HIV infection. It really is that simple!

Thank you for the prompt reply sir.
I had some queries. Could you please answer them?
1. The irritation kind of feeling I am experiencing on the penis head, though there are no visible rashes or cuts on it, is it not a thing to,be worried?
2. Do I have to take HIV test anytime soon? I am a virgin male and never had sex before. This was my first encounter and I am,ashamed of it.

thank you once again.

If your penis is continues to hurt then go see your doctor , its not HIV .
There are other stds other than HIV so since you are now sexually active its the responsible thing to do by having sexual healthcare checkups .

Educate yourself about safer sex and enjoy a healthy sex life and drop the guilt, life is too short .

Thank you jeff.

are all STI's curable permanently? Do they re-occur even without any exposure?
If they are curable, how long does it take for different STI's?

The window period for most Stds are a few days to two weeks and they can be present without symptoms . Most Stds are curable but some such as herpes are not curable but can be managed in most cases . Ask your doctor for a full STD panel and they will know what to do .
