I had sex with a black women prostitute need advice
« on: December 12, 2013, 03:02:27 PM »
Last Sunday I had sex with a prostitute. Before I had sex I took a shower and used mouth wash and made sure I didn't have any wounds or sores. I have big anxiety when it come a to situations like this and will be the last time I ever do it. Well anyways she gave me head with a condom on. She told me she has kids, I was high and it totally slipped my mind. I did suck on her tits couldn't tell if any fluid came out. Any ways she was on top riding me for 3-6 mins then we went to doggy. I looked down and I could see really dry skin in her inner butt cheeks like white dry lines. Her vagina with the combination of the condom made a terrible smell and I could smell it from that position I couldn't tell if I seen any sores or warts or anything like herpes. But I feel like I seen some kind of red dots. Maybe It was because I was so close to a bright light. I immediately pulled out of her n pulled the condom off n said I couldn't do this I put on my boxers. Once she left I went to the bathroom grabbed a wash cloth put rubbing alcohol on it n whipped my genital area down. I also put water n soap on a wash cloth and whipped my genitals down again this includes inner thigh. I was so disgusted with myself n still em I did have a little bit of jock itch. If her fluid got on my jock itch could I be at risk ? The condom never broke my penis membrane was never exposed to her vagina bare skin. The next day I looked at my jock itch it got a lil worse n red, skin was dry down there n my pube hair n inner thigh developed some white dots connected to them. By me whipping myself with alcohol did I make my potential exposure worse ? I also made sure I soaped my genitals in the morning the next day in the shower!! I've had these white dots before as well. Been tested for herpes 2 months ago and was neg. should I take a rna test n 15 to 20 days? I did talk to my doctor she said I used protection I should be okay but I did leave out she was a prostitute!! What do some of you old time members think? I was high of weed on l-Argenine pills n maca powder.

You did not have an exposure having protected sex . The risk for sexually contracting HIV occurs when you engage in unprotected vaginal or anal sex, you used protection you did not have a risk for HIV .

ALTHOUGH YOU DO NOT NEED HIV TESTING AT THIS TIME for this incident , anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.

If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results.

Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than HIV. Some of the other STDs can be present with no obvious symptoms, so the only way to know for sure is to test.

Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid HIV infection. It really is that simple!

Thank you so much that puts my mind at ease. Last questions why do they say cuts n lesions [isn't that the same as a rash]allow hiv to enter the body, if there haven't been any reported cases? Can you explain that a lil to me n what it would take for that to actually happend? I also had 2 rna test after n exposure one 7 days the second at 21 days it's not likely to have 2 false negatives right ?

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child
