China - any changes to entry restrictions for PWHIV

(1/1)

Have a friend travelling to China,

Does anyone know if there have been any changes to the entry restrictions,

  &

Is anyone aware of disclosure laws for sex??

Cheers

I was in China a few months ago and I can say that there aren't any HIV specific restrictions to entry. The immigration form does not specifically ask if you have HIV but some generic infectious disease (say No, no questions will be asked).

I don't have experience there but the link I have provided is a press release from the gov of china ending the ban on tourists.
