We've decided today to go ....
« on: November 09, 2013, 06:32:17 AM »

To the Tampa Bay Home Show, to gaze and gawk at things we can't afford ! LOL

Never been to one of these before, but it will be nice to see all the latest in home improvement and design, and everything else that's being shown.

This is some pics of previous shows at Tropicana Field:

Plus, we have never been inside Tropicana Field ( driven by it dozens of times) So it will be nice to see what this stadium looks like from the inside. This is the stadium where the Tampa Bay Ray's, baseball team plays at.

And parking and admission is free. Can't beat that !  ;D

It opens at 10:00 this morning ( about 3 1/2 hours from now ) We figure we"ll spend a couple hours looking around.  Then I may have my HIV meds arriving today in the mail, so we will have to get them out of the mailbox before they cook.  :P

Anyway, something different today !

We rarely miss our Home, garden, and remodeling show.  It is interesting to see all the new gadgets (home technology) and design.  Plus, people-watching is always good.

It was a pretty good today.  There were several hundred vendors.  And of course, Home depot was there.

There were some great and costly products. And as we passed each vendor, they tried to their best to sell us something. We were mostly looking at bathroom upgrades.

Felt like I was in a car lot searching for a new car. We were swarmed !  ;D
In the end , we didn't buy anything, but we do have  quite a few business cards. and we each received a small metal claw hammer ! :P  If I had a hammer..... <<   insert musical notes here.

It was a nice couple hours though.
