Pre work out supplements

I take pre energy work out supplement.    Will that affect me in any way while I use Altripa

Welcome to the forum.

Why don't you show the list of ingredients to your treating doctor, and or a very expert trainer who knows about HIV treatment, too.

You could patiently look for all possible interactions as well. This might be just too difficult -- so running the supplement by a doctor might be the best and simplest way.

I took pre-gym supplements for about a year while on Atripla. It didn't do anything adverse to my counts or much beneficial for the workout.
You can be the ripest, juiciest peach in the world, and there's still going to be somebody who hates peaches.

However you must ask your doctor since some meds can affect your liver and some supplements act in your liver so in orden to avoid future problems you better be sure.

Many pre-workout supplements rely on stimulants and fail to deliver real nutrients to muscle fibers.

This is what I take before my 10 mile jogging:
400 mg magnesium,
375 mg potassium,
sometimes taurine
