After the encounter I had itch on my penis head and foreskin and I use pure detol to wash it and after washing I think I had some kind of infection on my penis head and foreskin which might be due to the pure detol that burn the skin, yellow greenish discharge from the so call burn area but not the urethra and at the same time the tear in between my balls and anus also have the same discharge, could the menstrual blood have contact the tear, and also 2 month after I had unprotected sex with my gf and 2 to 4 day later she had Non itchy red patch appear randomly around whole body, large cluster red bump or small patch behind thigh and around body randomly sometime itchy sometime not, single skin colour or red bumps far apart from each bumps around forearm, arms, thigh and leg, and small itchy bumps on index finger. Please help im very very worry could I have pass it to her

1. am I at risk if my fresh tear wound contact the menstual blood

2. Have I pass the infection to my gf. Does her rash sound or it is hiv ars rash?

HI Winston , You had protected virginal intercourse and that is not a risk for HIV .

HIV is a fragile virus and cannot live outside the human body , the instant its exposed to oxygen it becomes damaged and unable to infect , so you didn't have a risk from the menstrual blood .

ALTHOUGH YOU DO NOT NEED HIV TESTING AT THIS TIME for this incident , anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.

If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results.

Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv. Some of the other STIs can be present with no obvious symptoms, so the only way to know for sure is to test.

Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple!

In regards to the following:

2 month after I had unprotected sex with my gf and 2 to 4 day later she had Non itchy red patch appear randomly around whole body, large cluster red bump or small patch behind thigh and around body randomly sometime itchy sometime not, single skin colour or red bumps far apart from each bumps around forearm, arms, thigh and leg, and small itchy bumps on index finger. Please help im very very worry could I have pass it to her

1.  Does hiv ars symptom come 1 by 1
2.  Does hiv ars fever come and go
3.  Could she have both hiv infection and other infection at the same time which cause the hiv ars symptom to be a rare type
Im really worry cause some of her symptom sound like hiv ars, rash non itch, fever at 38 to 38.5 degree

Know hiv cant be diagnosed by symptom but im ready worry that

4.  what if the blood contact my wound fresh wound n infect me.

From what you mention hiv render useless of infection once outside the body? Even if the fresh menstrual blood contacted my fresh wound?

You never had a risk but if you did the only way to know your status is to test , not by guessing what a bunch of symptoms might mean .

There really isn't much more to add , you didn't have a risk if you cant trust the advice you can go test and collect your negative result .
