10 Peeves That Dogs Have About Human`s
« on: October 16, 2006, 05:17:02 PM »
Ten Peeves that Dogs Have
About  Humans

1.  Blaming your gas passing on me...
not  funny... not funny at all !!!

2. Yelling at me for barking..
I'M A  FRIGGIN' DOG, YOU IDIOT!

3. Taking  me for a walk,
then not  letting me check stuff out.
Exactly  whose walk is this anyway?

4. Any  trick that involves
balancing  food on my nose...
stop  it!

5. Any  haircut that involves bows or ribbons. Now you know why we chew your  stuff up when you're not home.

6. The  sleight of hand, fake fetch throw.
You  fooled a dog! Whoooo Hoooooooo
what a proud moment for the top of the
food  chain.

7. Taking  me to the vet for "the big snip",
then  acting surprised when I freak out
every time we go back!

8.  Getting upset when I sniff the crotches of your guests. Sorry, but I  haven't quite mastered that handshake thing  yet.

9.Dog  sweaters.
Hello  ???,
Haven't  you noticed the fur?

10. How you act disgusted
when I  lick myself.
Look, we  both know the truth,
you're  just jealous.

Now  lay off me on some of these thing's,
We both  know who's boss here!!!
You don't see me picking up your poop do you  ???

All very valid complaints that our four legged friends have about us. To this list, Baby Elmo and Waldo would like to add one each.

Baby Elmo's People Peeve is: Don't walk me past a ditch full of water then tell me I can't go swimming.

Waldo's People Peeve is: Don't walk me past the Ostrich enclosure down the street and tell me I can't chase them.

Thanks Dan, the list is posted on the refrigerator where I can see and be mindful of them.

The Kids reminded me of another peeve they have:

Don't laugh at us when we run to the door barking like fools because we heard a doorbell on a TV show.
The only thing I can do straight is shoot..

ROFLMAO!!!!!!!!!!! Priceless, absolutely priceless.
"Love is always patient and kind. It is never jealous. Love is never boastful nor conceited. It is never rude or selfish. It does not take offense and is not resentful. Love takes no pleasure in other people's sins, but delights in the truth. It is always ready to excuse, to trust, to hope, and to endure whatever comes." - 1 Corinthians 13:4-7, adaptation in A Walk To Remember

Now I owe my dog an apology. I made that list a few times, but I'm not jealous ;)

My doggie was way smarter than I am.

My dog happens to go nuts over the peanut butter thing.  I take a big scoop on a spoon and she devoures it... but all that licking, it is funny to watch her.  But she loves it.

One thing to Add.... why do dogs eat ice cream so fast but never get ice cream headaches?
