I'm so stressed, please help me
« on: August 06, 2015, 09:53:10 AM »

5 days ago i had an encounter with a men. He licked the shaft of my penis (never the head), licked my ball and ass. After he tried to penetrate me for less than a minute. He was protected. We both finished up with masturbation.

After i took the condom to the bathroom, and i filled it with water to see if it was broken. No drop were escaping, so i guess it was intact.

I want to know if i have a risk of HIV or STDs. I'm so stressed, i have diarrhea, i'm never hungry, and the head of my penis is really sensitive.

Please help me :( i hate myself

You are worrying needlessly about HIV. You used  a condom for anal or attempted anal intercourse. That's just right because the only confirmed risks for the sexual transmission of HIV are unprotected vaginal and anal intercourse.

Other STDs are much easier to transmit than HIV so we advise anyone who is sexually active to regularly (at least once a year) have a full STD panel done to make sure you haven't picked anything up.

There is nothing HIV related in your symptoms. If they persist you should discuss them with your doctor. It sounds like you have guilt and shame about your sexual activity which is unfortunate. You didn't do anything wrong. You obviously are attracted to men. Nothing wrong with that. Just always use the proper protection if you are going to have anal intercourse.

No need for HIV testing this time. Get on with your life.

Sexual fluids are not infectious, once outside the body.  You have not had any risk at all.
