Hi Tippy , Im so sorry you are having so much to deal with right now . Please keep coming here and talking about it . It may feel like it right now but you are not alone and people really do care about how you are feeling , we want to know how you are doing and be there for you .

I once found my self alone and isolated and one thing or another kept popping up before I could deal with the last thing . That's when I found this forum , the people here cared and helped me deal with my pain and move on . It took awhile but my life is good now , I'm just glad I found the support I needed here on this forum and I'm hoping it helps you along your way too .

It will get better but until it does we are all in this together . Big Hug for you .

My feeling is that you must start telling people. Your posts describe a devastating, overwhelming situation.  From a distance, it seems you need at least the services of a social worker, and/or anyone in an HIV/AIDs service center.

You said you are seeing a counsellor.  But is this for mental health? Is this person equipped to advise and an assist you about divorce, housing, health care??

I don't understand why your husband is acting this way, it sounds cruel and vindictive to leave you at wit's end when you're already having problems managing daily life.   I understood he's the father of the child...

What state do you live in. Near what biggish city. You're going to need some professionals to get you through this. Especially since your Mom isn't going to help, and you aren't letting friends and or other family members in.
I think Members of the forum living in the US should start give you some referral about where to start asking... Every county has healh and human services, I guess? Hope you can find some smart objective to help deal.

Tippy - besides a therapist I really think you need to talk to a lawyer. Just reading your post makes me want to slap your husband. Sorry if I cross any lines but why should you sell your car? I wouldn't make any decisions in a hurry - get some legal advice as well. PM me any time you want. Do let us know what state you live in as someone here will have some suggestions for you. Please talk to someone even if only about your other medical issues and losses.

Keep coming back here.

Here's a link to providers in your region. Law referrals as well. I looked back at your old posts to see where you were located.
