I just realised you share a birthday with my partner, Frank. How did I never notice this little bit of trivia before?

Actually I think you told me this a few years ago, you must have forgotten. Does it make you feel closer to me?

Thanks everyone for the birthday wishes. It's going to be a low key Big-4-8 for me this year as I'm saving money for a trip. But I will dash at out some point and buy myself some take out at the gourmet shop downtown and they usually have some type of cake by the slice so that I will not over indulge and ruin my figure. Plus the stars aligned so that my klonnie refill is today!

Vodka most likely yes, as I still have some of that ginger tonic left. I may spruce it up with a wedge of from a blood orange. Also, I'm very psyched that my favorite seasonal cheese Winnimere just arrived -- it's only available from around now until mid-spring.
