Memorial Service Sunday August 11th Information
« on: April 24, 2013, 08:10:29 PM »
Hey guys, thought I would start poking around on suggestions for the time/venue for the Chicago Memorial Service.

We nailed it down to Sunday, any suggestions on the time?

Any Ideas on venues? Feel free to chime in especially you Chicago locals

I'll start checking around with the local ASO's in the meantime.

OK guys and gals,

I've got tentative approval from TPAN Chicago to use their facilities for our Memorial Service. They are just checking to make sure there is a room available for us and that there will be a coordinator there for us on that Sunday. I told them we are shooting for a 1pm'ish time frame. When I get it firmed up I will advise.

TPAN is located just off the Metro CTA line, so it should be easily accesible.

Does this all sound ok?
