Call me PC but "once you go black" is well, uh, predictable. You see in 2008 America elected it's first black president. In 2012 America re-elected a president.
Oh and if you want to hang with the cool kids, wannabe, it's called throwing some shade.

The descriptive word that comes to mind during the President's speech is "inclusive". He also was a bit stronger in tone this time around, in my opinion.
And yes, the new reports noted that Michelle Obama gave fierce side-eye as illustrated in the GIF you posted. I also have to say that she looked fabulous.
