kettlebells for weak legs and saggy ass


Been doing kettlebells and jiu jitsu since a few weeks before Christmas.  Wow those kettlebells have brought some muscle  and perkyness to my saggy ass and legs, Also tightening belly.  Used a light weight weight to start.  Anyone else keeping their New Year resolution up so far?

Only one: no ice cream. So far so good. Switched to high-fat yogurt though. heh.
