Hi Jazi,

I've made similar pies - but not in quite some time. (lazy!) The British are famous for putting all sorts of things in a pie case and taking inspiration from them, I've done some experimenting with things like Aduki beans (nice with small chunks of potato added in) and tofo and TVP (texturised vegetable protein) I've experimented with different gravies too - curry is nice. I don't have any recipes though, I tend to impulse cook. Oh, just remembered, lentils are a nice pie filling too. Just about anything that can be cooked with some sort of sauce/gravy/roux can be put into a pie. Just ask the Brits! ;D

HIV is certainly character-building. It's made me see all of the shallow things we cling to, like ego and vanity. Of course, I'd rather have a few more T-cells and a little less character. Randy Shilts
