From what I have read regarding Dolutegravir it really seems to be a drug that could help a lot of people.  The efficacy is very high and it is effective for many treatment experienced patients who are resistant to other drugs, including Isentress.  Plus it's just once a day dosing.

Miss Philicia:
I'll be going on it when approved, my doctor has indicated.

What makes this new one better than existing drugs? I understand the resistant patients benefits but what about us on existing drugs. Does it have less sides? Less toxic? Instead of taking Selzentry twice a day would it be a one a day option with my truvada? Thanks
