I thought she was already dead.  If she had died 4 days ago she would have the same exit date as Elvis.

This summer I listened to a Las Vegas routine she did years ago. It's still a riot.

We almost lost another female comedian.  Rosie apparently is very lucky to be alive.  She had a 99% blockage.  I know many on the right would have been happy to lose her.

Love her! I have a record she did in the 60's of live performences and she killed! I to this day use some of the lines. Especially the one about "you can twist those all night and the picture doesn't get any better."

Her variety show was ridiculously funny.  I wasn't always sure what the content was about, but my parents always laughed through the entire program.

Phyllis Diller 4 EVAH!  I have always loved her stuff.  I used to love her movies she made with Bob Hope, too.

HA!

She never lost her funny or her edge.

I remember Phyllis Diller from back in the '60's, us dinosaurs, and she was always hysterical.  She was a trailblazer for female stand up comics.  She joked when she was born she was so ugly the doctor slapped everybody.  Good self deprecating humor from the lady who was an unhappy, bored housewife with those five kids and went out and made people laugh and got rich in the process.  RIP Ms. Diller.

This was part of the act I listened to.  I wish I knew the title, it's a complete vegas Act.
Anyway she sings.  I think she sounds like Yoko Ono.

On another note, today is Jeff Stryker's 50th birthday. I think these two events are somehow connected.

I have loved her for years.
Hers is one of my "most prized" autographed celebrity photos.
