FOR BLONDBEAUTY
« on: October 04, 2006, 10:50:04 AM »
Whenever I am feeling down and disappointed, I turn myself towards Art in general.  It is what has kept me alive so far!  Knowing you, I know that this might work...
I want you to close your eyes when you  open this video, listen to the music first and, then, watch it in its entirety!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bnCc1B-4Hys

And I  don't wanna hear you say that you are sad again! Or else...
I'll be thinking about you when I see Giselle very soon at The Paris Opera House, honey!

Love,
Val

The word comes from the Greek words φως phos ("light"), and γραφίς graphis ("stylus", "paintbrush") or γραφή graphê, together meaning "drawing with light" or "representation by means of lines".

This is one more attempt to brighten up your day, querido!  If this doesn't work, I'll hop on a plane and come to Madrid... ;)

I want you to forget the video (très banale)  and listen to this masterpiece of Camille Saint-Saens.

Thank you Val  :-*
When you come to Madrid we can go to Aranjuez and listen to this piece. You must listen minutes 8 and 9 of the recording... :'(

My grandfather gave me this record for christmas when I was 12.

Sublime, unparalleled, majestic and distinguished are some of the words I would use to classify this masterpiece!  Thanks, baby.  Well, I see that you are doing better and would like it to remain that way.  As for me, I gotta go to bed and sleep 'cause I need it so badly...
