Another Exposure.. Horrified
« on: June 10, 2012, 06:59:50 AM »
Hello and thanks in advance for your help,

I have read a lot of posts here and on other forums and websites but I am still worried.

A few days ago I went to a sex worker in Germany. I did not have sex with her, I just hugged her with my shorts on and played with her(no kissing). Then she took my penis out and started to press on its head with her hand. I touched her vagina but not in the middle, just near the extremities. Am I at risk of STDs? should I get Tested? What if I rubbed my eyes or mouth before washing my hands (I didn't notice any fluid on my hand as I avoided touching the wet part)? I usually masturbate every second day with a pillow and i did that a day before. I am worried that some fluid might have entered my urethra by her hand even though I didn't notice her touching her vaginal area.

Please help!!!

You do not have an HIV concern. HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

Thank you RapidRod. But what about the fact that her figure touched my urethra?

Nothing you are reporting of your activities put you at risk for HIV. The only confirmed sexual risks for the transmission of HIV are actual vaginal and anal INTERCOURSE. As long as you properly wear condoms for those activities you will be well protected.

Touching, getting vaginal fluids on your penis/urethra , maturbation and other activities are not risks for HIV. HIV is a fragile virus and is only transmitted sexually in the ways I have mentioned above.

Other STDs are easier to transmit so we advise anyone who is sexually active to at least once a year have a full STD panel done. But as far as HIV is concerned you are worrying needlessly. There is no need for testing.

Feer,

You have not had a risk for hiv infection and you do not need further testing. You do not have hiv!

If you read the Welcome Thread before posting like you're supposed to, you will have read the following posting guideline:

Quote

Anyone who continues to post excessively, questioning a conclusive negative result or no-risk situation, will be subject to a four week Time Out (a temporary ban from the Forums). If you continue to post excessively after one Time Out, you may be given a second Time Out which will last eight weeks. There is no third Time Out - it is a permanent ban. The purpose of a Time Out is to encourage you to seek the face-to-face help we cannot provide on this forum.

Please consider yourself warned!

I am so sorry to disobey the rules, i will try not to do it again. One question though, and then I will not bother you with my questions again. . I ejaculated in my shorts as I was rubbing my body against her.
The penis still in the short was touching the vagina. We stopped soon
afterwards. Could HIV be transferred by the mix of her precum with my
ejaculation through my short?

could that be?

Feer,

You've already asked this question and were told that it was NOT a risk for hiv infection.

Hiv is a fragile, difficult to transmit virus that is primarily transmitted through unprotected anal or vaginal intercourse where the virus never leaves the confines of the two bodies.

Once outside the body, small changes in temperature, and pH and moisture levels all quickly damage the virus and render it unable to infect. For this reason you are not going to become infected through simple genital-to-genital rubbing without penetration.

You did NOT have unprotected anal or vaginal intercourse. You did NOT penetrate her vagina or anus. You did NOT have a risk, as you've been repeatedly told.

I'm giving you that time out you've been warned about. Do not attempt to create a new account to get around your time out because if you do, you will be permanently banned.

Today I was with a friend of mine who most likely has hiv (very skinny and avoids talking about it) he had some minor wound on his hand with transparent stuff coming out. He said that is because he was biting his hand there. I gave him a cup and then he gave it back to me. I could have touched his blood. I then out of stupidity didn't wash my hands. Soon I touched my tooth with the same hand. what is my risk? please help me i don;t want to reset the timer :S

If there was no risk as Teak said then why? please help relief my fears I am devastated i can't fight my fears anymore. I cant wait till tomorrow to mee my therapist again :S

Should I go to a doctor for pep? that was 7 hours ago

■Please do not start a new thread every time you have another question or thought - regardless if you think your questions are related to each other or not. It helps us to help you when you keep all your thoughts or questions in one thread and it helps other readers to follow the discussion. Additional threads will be merged.

feer,

I've merged your new thread into your original thread - where you should post all your additional thoughts or questions. It helps us to help you when you keep everything in one thread. It doesn't matter how long it has been since you last posted in your thread or if the subject matter is different.

If you need help finding your thread when you come here, click on the "Show own posts" link under your name in the left-hand column of any forum page.

Please also read through the Welcome Thread so you can familiarize yourself with our Forum Posting Guidelines. I have already asked you once to read the Welcome thread - DO IT this time!!! Thank you for your cooperation.

You have NOT had "another exposure". You never had a first exposure. From what you have told us, you have NEVER had an hiv exposure in your entire life.

You absolutely do NOT need PEP over this NO RISK incident.

Hiv is NOT transmitted from objects in the environment.

Hiv is a fragile, difficult to transmit virus that is primarily transmitted INSIDE the human body, as in unprotected anal or vaginal intercourse where the virus never leaves the confines of the two bodies.

Once outside the body, small changes in temperature, and pH and moisture levels all quickly damage the virus and render it unable to infect. The bodily fluids you touched were OUTSIDE the body and in no way posed a threat to you.

Hiv is transmitted by unprotected anal or vaginal intercourse, sharing drug injecting equipment and from mother to child in the womb or during birth.

As an adult, unless you're having unprotected anal or vaginal intercourse or sharing drug injecting equipment, then you simply are NOT at risk for hiv infection.

If you insist on using this forum to wring your hands over this latest NO RISK situation, you WILL be given another time out. Keep working with your therapist to come to terms with your irrational fears. We cannot help you with that here.

Please consider yourself warned!!!

to be precise I am afraid that his blood might have entered my body on my fingure when i touched my tooth. I also shook hands with him and I touch my teeth a lot  :o

One final yes/no answer does that change your judgement. Then off to my therapist again :D

feer,

You did NOT have a risk for hiv infection. NO NO NO NO!!! None of your details change the fact that you have NOT had a risk.

I'm giving you that second time out you've been warned about. This one will last 56 days.

Do not attempt to create a new account to get around your time out because if you do, you will be permanently banned.
