Thinking about changing infectious diseases doctors. Not happy with current physician for many reasons. Any recommendations for the Charlotte NC area?

Dr. Charles at the Catawba Care clinic.

he's about all you'll get from Charlotte NC/Fort Mill SC down to Columbia SC. Catawba Care is also taking care of Charlotte NC pozzies since MAP (Metrolina AIDS Project) imploded a couple years ago. It's been quite sad to see the city with 18th high rate of HIV in the nation go so long with an ASO. That's one of the big reasons, Catawba Care has gotten permission between NC and SC to cross the state line with services, patients, and funding.

Going north towards Chapel Hill, there are a few other doctors but that's been too far out of my area to track, maybe someone will chime in for ID doctors to the north of Charlotte.

here's a list of Ryan White providers in the Charlotte area (notice CC is one of the few medical providers besides the hospital on that list) which lists all the places dealing with HIV issues (case mgt, medical, transport, dental, etc)
