« on: May 22, 2012, 03:24:46 PM »
I am. Pap came back pos for Stage Two Squamous Cells. And HPV. Had cryo preformed 5 years ago and has been great since. This has gotten me worried. Maybe its the newly diagnosis of the HIV also?  Going tomorrow for additional testing. See what the game plan is. I say take the m.ess out .....I am done having babies!  Very scared on tumor size and where it may be?  Radiation?  Chemo?  Ugh....

Id love to hear if anyone else has had these issues? How they dealt? What worked for you?

Guess I just need dome reassurance.  This is all do much in 2 months. Had blood work done last week. Appt with ID Thurs to see how Atripla is working.  Just bummed.......

I haven't had any of the problems you mentioned, but when I was first diagnosed I was pretty sick, and I just went with the flow. I listened to the doctors.
When I first found out I was in shock and really cried. I can't explain it any better than that. But I kept saying I will never be married or have kids over and over again.
Now I am married and have a daughter, all after I became positive. It'll be 17 years since I first saw a doctor for this in two days.

I am kinda going through some of the same things as you are, I had a cervical and anal pap come back with low grade hpv and have my first appointment on the 12Th of June to get a game plan going as far as the cervical hpv goes. I also just found out not to long ago that I am HIV positive, just before Xmas and my numbers were not great at all, was started on Atripila right away and my numbers have improved greatly and have had no side effects from the meds either, I was as scared as you are about the HIV positive and it really helped me going on here, not to mention I am also Bipolar so it was really hard sometimes mentally, so try not to stress to hard I know its easier said then done. Take care and let us know your numbers when you get them back k
