I cant get my anxiety in order and I am on a huge deadline?

So I cant get my anxiety to calm down. I take anti-anxiety medications but this is caused by stress. I have a huge presentation tomorrow and public speaking scares me. So, I naturally put off preparing for it. I have been trying to prepare all night but the page keep getting blurry on me and I keep hyperventilating.

Its already 2:15 am and my class is in 8 hours and I'm not even close to done.

Hi Terrenkleo,

I don't mean to sound nosy, but are you HIV positive? If so, are you taking any medications for your HIV infection?

It can help us address your concerns if we know a bit about you.
