Have you tried a cock ring?  I know those help me.  I also have heard people say to masturbate with condoms and that may get you use to them.  But, if I understand your question, you want to know about being able to go bareback once your undetectable for a long time???

Hey Lugs, just go for what you know, I'm in a discordant relationship, and it took me a long time to get to that point w/ my other-half, when we 1st met I was terrified that I would infect him, so, we didn't do that for yrs.
we do now, of course w/ a condom, gotta keep him safe  ;)

but can't perform

I think he's referring to the mechanics of it.

Lugs, sounds like maybe stress and fear is causing your problem. Trying to relax may help this. Maybe turn the lights down and use some candles and soft music, give your partner a naked full body massage. take your time, etc..

Also, may want to talk to your doctor about Viagra if you cant overcome the problem.

Good luck, and happy love-making :)

I don't think it's that easy to break a condom, if it's a good-quality one that is. Just use plenty of water-based lube and I think you'll be fine.

ED medications aren't for everyone, and neither is testosterone, personally I wouldn't touch any of that stuff with a 20 foot pole, and even @ 55 yrs of age, I don't need any of it  ;)
