Hi,

Not necessarily !.. After being undetectable, since 04, I had one of these blips, recently. Mine was 1075.

And yes, I was a little anxious because of that,  but when I was retested for the viral load, a few weeks later,  it went right back to undetectable.

So, get a retest from your doctor, and keep us updated.

I'm on that same combo and I've had two blips in the past five years, though lower numerically than yours. Both time it returned to undetectable on the next test.

But even if it ends up being that your regimen is no longer working why freak out? You'll change to another set of meds, there's plenty of other good choices available these days. With your cd4 as high as it is it's not like you're going to suddenly develop some nasty opportunistic infection.
