I am out of the Country and can not reach Doctor. Can anyone make sense of these numbers? Does this mean my numbers are getting better or worse? These things might as well be written in Greek.

Thank you.

The important info is that before you started Atripla your CD4 count was 285  and now its 470. Your CD4% has improved modestly but was good anyway.

The list is showing the category, followed by your result, followed by the "reference range".  The reference range can be thought of as a shorthand for where the tests for most healthy people will land

People on this site typically look at or post three numbers

viral load -- which is a separate test, not shown
cd4 count -- this shows on your labs as "CD3+CD4+"
and the cd4 % -- this shows on your labs as "CD3+CD4+/100 CELLS  "

So this set of results shows that your cd4 count and % are both back within the reference range for your lab, now that you have started Atripla

Congratulations!

For more info on reading your lab there is a site lesson, it starts here http://www.aidsmeds.com/articles/BloodTest_5030.shtml
