So without getting into too much detail I've had sex with a guy 3 times. The first time it was just oral sex but no ejaculation. However I think I swallowed precum.

The second time was just oral as well and he ejaculated in my eye by accident and I think I might have swallowed a small amount and I might have had a canker sore in my mouth as well.

The third time we tried anal (im a guy btw) and I was receiving but he only went in me probably a couple inches and for maybe 10 seconds max before I told him to pull out because it hurt a lot and he also was not wearing a condom. The next day when I went number 2 there was no noticeable blood in my stool but when I wiped there was blood on the tissue.

He says he is negative but he gets around....

It has been 1-3 weeks since my first encounter and my last encounter with him. I usually feel a little nauseas the day after, but I often suspect this is due to anxiety bc I freak out about the idea of getting HIV. It has now been 1 week since the anal incident and I have a runny nose and am once again freaking out. This freak out is now making me feel slightly nauseas again because I had this runny nose for 3 days now but have only felt nauseas after suspecting it was due to HIV which once again leads me to believe its anxiety. I also got this runny nose after sleeping on a friends couch with no blanket so it could jjst be a cold. I don't know all the details about seroconversion so I apologize in advance for my ignorance. So my question besides am I infected is how much am I at risk. I plan on getting tested ina few more weeks but the length of time till then is driving me insane. Thanks for any help or info.

The only risk you had was with that brief unprotected anal intercourse.

Based on what you have described, the risk was low, but low risk is not the same as no risk. Just to confirm that you are HIV negative you should test for a conclusive result at 13 weeks.

In the future you have to make sure that the insertive partner is always wearing a condom. No exceptions. Unprotected anal (and vaginal) intercourse are the only confirmed risks for the sexual transmission of HIV. Be smart and make sure a condom is used everytime.

I think you are likely to come out of this incident ok, but don't take that chance again.

Thanks for the help. And I try not to take that chance. I even put the condom on myself on every occaision, but I guess he just took it off at some point between that and insertion. I haven't been with him since.

OK. Sounds like a good guy to not go for a second round with.

You just have to make it clear to any guy whom you are with in the future that a condom is a must for intercourse, whether you are receptive or insertive.

Good luck to you with your test. The odds are in your favor that you are going to come out of this ok.
