Opposites Attract
« on: June 15, 2011, 01:43:35 PM »
At first I thought about posting this in off topic, but as it features a lively debate in the comments section I thought I'd post it here.

Be forewarned, the original post contains some spicy language.

I especially liked this comment from the blogger:

@Mike – Right… So those white (sometimes rapists) may have given you something worthwhile. BUT the chances of you being completely immune are lower since you’re a lower percentage of white than someone like me who’s a total white boy.

By the way, the guy who writes the blog is a neg guy who prefers to fuck raw... and this blog is basically his sexcapades, just so you know.  Here's one of his entries about playing with poz guys with high viral loads.

Discuss, after reading the linked post and comments.

I thought so too the first time I came across it, but he does claim to be hiv-...

It didn’t take long to cum. Just before I started cumming he could sense it and started saying “Yeah, give me that charged load. Knock me up man…” That wasn’t the time to tell him I had tested neg the day before.

This guy is a real jerk. He only tests once a year - he went for fifteen months the last time. When he finally becomes infected, and he will, I wonder how many others he will infected before he gets his diagnosis? Did anyone read his post about hiv testing?

"Anyway, if you read this blog regularly (or spend much time on my bb forum site – Breeding Zone) you’ll know I’m a bit indifferent to guys becoming poz." What a piece of work. It's guys like him who fuel the pandemic.

I expect him to turn up here one day, wringing his hands and lamenting his bad luck and being shit-scared about his diagnosis. ::)

He is a jerk and yes he truly doesn't care.  He basically states that due to ARV's HIV is no big deal anymore it's the sort of thinking that makes me want to punch people.

Come on, darling -- consider the world lucky that he tests annually at least. Could be much, much worse.  Anywho, I distinctly recall reading his blog a LONG time ago, as in years and years and years.  Seeing as how he's yet to turn up a pozzie, and seeing as how he's in the densest of US pozzielands, it reinforces the feelings that I had when I first read his blog that it's 90% embellishment.

here is the complete paragraph, makes reading a bit easier :

"Anyway, if you read this blog regularly (or spend much time on my bb forum site – Breeding Zone) you’ll know I’m a bit indifferent to guys becoming poz. But I am a huge advocate of getting tested and knowing your status. I urge all of you to get tested every 6 to 12 months and never let it go more than 2 years. You’re MUCH more likely to die of HIV if you don’t get treated within 2 years of being infected. Early detection and timely treatment is the key to living a long time with HIV. Don’t put it off – make an appointment for a test at Callen Lorde – it’s just 15 minutes of anxiety and it won’t cost you anything. They also have a drop in clinic on Saturday mornings – no appointment necessary.

Know your status!"

I'm guessing that other 10% reflects (the only action he's probably ever gotten) when he supposedly was a faceless, fully clothed participant in some Treasure Island Media gang bang some years back   ::)

The bottom line is, as Ann pointed out, he doesn't even follow his own advice.  He urges everyone to get tested within a 6 - 12 month timeframe, never letting it go beyond 24 months.  Sure, 15 months fits because it is less than the window in which you can die of contracting HIV (according to him), since he is such an authority on living poz.  Most likely his rationale in getting tested at 15 months was to ensure that he didn't die, since the world wouldn't be able to exist without him being around to breed and spread his much sought after seed around   ::)

You do know that it was the general consensus of everyone posting here that the blogger is an ass before you felt the need to roll your eyes?

Even you seem to have come to that conclusion as well with your last comment.

He is a class A weirdo fetishist.  Somehow I doubt his serocoversion is going to propell him into our arms.

If I understood correctly when I read his blog years ago, it makes money for him through links and advertising.

The entire gesture is very year 2000 and ghetto.  Very much of the bug chaser gift giver sexual outlaw moment of that time.

a guy I met at a ASO meeting when I was recently-recently ( it was around my second week) diagnosed told me about that site and " toxictina.com" which has only BB movies and some porn they like to label " toxic". the sites say they don't encourage people to go and infect people, but if you look at the stories people write it's kinda hard to believe that. specially some of the terms on there, like "stealthers". people who go into swinging parties and such trying to infect as many people in that party, creating a domino effect.

I might be naive saying this, but I really hope this is all just a sick lie. I don't want to believe there are people that cruel in the world. I can honestly say some of those stories scare me to death

I can't believe that there are people in this world who want to "gain" this damned virus, and other people infecting others on purpose...

That guy on the blog should not get teh aids (maybe he'll just ignore it when he get the Dx), no, he should get a nice combination of other STDs like syphilis, ghonorrea, hepatitis C altogether, and see if he likes it.

feelings that I had when I first read his blog that it's 90% embellishment.

I only read about four or five of his entries, but I'm under the same impression.  Plenty of links to porn sites and other bullshit.  He's just some faceless jerk who perpetuates and glamorizes the idea of unprotected sex with strangers. The guy figured that many fags have fantasies about anonymous barebacking and created a poorly designed website that would certainly generate enough traffic and some ad revenue.  He is simply disgusting.

its all about the bb these days, try logging into barebackrt.com and see how many folks are there poz and neg.  I don't know why folks are so naive about this, its practically mainstream in the porn industry these days and porn sites.  I have to admit I don't like watching porn with condoms.  I know a few neg guys that bb all the time thinking that if they top they won't get infected.  you can advise them to the contrary, but it doesn't sink in.  I was sort of the same way it doesn't affect you until it affects you, then you realize that oh this really happened wish i could have been more responsible..oops.

It doesn't sink in until they get that positive test result. A total top may dodge the bullet, sometimes for years, but it only takes one time.... then the shit hits the fan and yet another person is added to an ADAP waiting list.

It boggles my mind that tops think they can't be infected when there are so many straight men (and I don't mean straight men who identify as straight while having sex with men on the side) who are living with hiv.
