Okay, we all love condiments :P   But what do you actually put them on?

We have the standard ketchup and mustard on a burger... yah, we all know that.

But what about the odder varieties?

I like pork chops with ketchup.

Some people dip their french fries in mayo (which i just don't understand)

Any condoment freaks out their who might have odd pairings?  (and just because it's local doesn't mean everybody does it like the weird fries and mayo thing)

Miracle Whip-n-Horseradish.

Reuben with grain mustard.

Yes, yes, horseradish, hell I make my own (with creme fraiche) n rare roast beef

Otherwise, Mrs Ball's PEach Chutney with everything

Any pork dish with Besito Caliente, a blackberry/habeņero sauce.
