living better thu better chemistry ?
« on: April 09, 2011, 03:53:13 PM »
I can not seem  to be able to live without taking Clonazapram .

I the past few months I have stopped drinking my wine .

            I stopped my Clonazapram .

Been eatting very well .  I feel like CRAP !   I am walking on egg shells  here .

Sure I can go out to the store . People say I look great ! I wish if death were coming it just would !

My partner of 32 years does not see my suffering . He does see MY TWIN  compaining .

and that negates all my problems .  I don't often post real issues , most people that know me

and see me do not believe i have any HIV/AIDS  related issues !

Well suprize i have some issues !  I have gotten to the point of not being able to do much .

My I.D. Doctors says my numbers are right . And Has repeately told me i am depressed .

Well 5 years ago i was depressied ? ( more like freaked ) . Now i we have a relitively calm existance.
As far as working ,not going to happen .

I spend hours in the bathroom .  Life  is very hard .

I do not deal with stress or the puplic in general , when they are rude & crude , as I see in SEMO.

I would liketo move on to happiness aagain .

            Please comment  :'(

Hey Weasel!

Sorry to hear that you have been feeling so bad lately!!!

First thing I think might help is you telling your partner how you are feeling.  Really telling, not some basic statement like "you are feeling depressed." But breaking it down to why and when and what triggers it.  Since you don't "Look like you have HIV" it might be hard for him and others to see that you are off your game.  A lot of here should probably get academy awards for not letting how we are really feeling show.

He is not seeing anything in your twin.  Your twin is complaining OUTLOUD, hint, hint  ;)

I forgot what my second was going to be  :-\

I get it...I think..not dealing with the rude, is my way of letting go of things I can't control.  You have been living a long time controlling your emotions and how you show people how you really feel, you have to learn to take time for yourself and learn how to decipher how you are feeling but mostly learning how to express it to the ones you love.

I feel like I am in the same place.  It has been helping me to say what is on my mind. I have been presently suprised by getting understanding and compassion in return.

I wish you the best.

Carl,

I wish there was something that I could say that would make you feel better but know that words typed into this box are not what will help. Please realize, and I am sincere when I say it, is that even though I dont know the details of what it is you are going through, my heart goes out to you and my best thoughts are with you.

I wish I could give you a big ole hug right now (not that it would cure anything) to just make you smile for a moment. Sending you my best!

James
