On,off, need to go on again...
« on: May 01, 2011, 07:55:31 PM »
Was wondering if anybody has a similar experience I was on my meds for 6 months and was doing great as you can see by my numbers. But I started seeing Ms. Tina on a regular basis for the past 8 months and have not been taking any meds...I went to get blood work a couple of weeks ago and have an appointment with a HIV doctor at the health department in a few days and I am worried. How much damage may I have done?

No one can possibly know. You need to find a space to just accept you have to wait until you see the Doc regarding all your blood work.
Other than that, only *you* know - if you try to keep in touch with your own body - whether your overall day to day health has declined.
But apart from that, you need to consider getting help with dealing with Ms Tina and the underlying reasons for why you were letting her (back?) in to your life.

Good luck
