Mini-AMG in NYC tonight
« on: October 18, 2010, 11:50:16 PM »
Anytime two or more poeple from this website get together I look at it as a mini AidsMedsGathering.  I had the pleasure of meeting Assurburnipal tonight as he came into New York for work.  We met near the Hilton Hotel and went down to a very nice Irish pub/restaurant in the shadows of Rockefeller Center.  He is a very nice fellow and we had a very nice dinner and drink.  Naturally we talked about the website we both love, and some of the good folks here, I'm such a yenta after all.  One person we mentioned was Lydgate, I remembered him being a fine contributor, has he posted lately?

Anyway a good time was had and it was nice to put a face to the moniker.

Jody :)

Jody I'm glad to hear you both had a good time.

Assurburnipal Jody is the nicest man I know, he stole my heart in Toronto in 2005 and has had it ever since.. :)

I'm glad you enjoyed each others company.

Hugs
