Married man last tested    July 09 all Neg.  Since then very carefull  or at least I thought I was.   I had 3 encounters.

3rd had 3 protective insertive vaginal sex in the same day with the same non pro woman.  always used condom all 3 condoms were intact when I took them off.  and received unprotected oral from the same woman during the day.    Now I thought I was being safe
Had one time sexual encounter with wife aug 20th. Unprotected oral and unprotected vaginal .  Now wife had developed a rash on her upper back that doctor says is a mild case of shingles. no other symptoms.  can this be maybe something I gave her. Like I said I thought I was being safe,
There we NO other sex since last tested. and I know the condoms were intact  Please help.

Shark, from what you have reported, as far as HIV is concerned you are worrying needlessly. Nothing you did put you at risk for HIV transmission.

Our focus here is strictly on HIV, so we don't get into discussing other STDs. It is true that other STDs are easier to acquire than HIV, but I wouldn't think that what you have described of your wife's rash is STD-related. Anyone who has had chicken pox can get shingles. It is not an HIV-specific occurence.

I think you worries are unfounded and perhaps grounded in some feelings about having strayed.

This is definitely not an HIV situation.
