Question About This Drug

I was reading about this med.  Since I'm resistant to NNRTI's like Sustiva and Nevirapine, I was wondering whether I would be resistant to this med as well if it comes to market.  I suspect the answer is yes due to cross-resistance.

The answer is no, you will not be cross-resistant... probably.  TMC 278 was designed from the ground up to overcome simple NNRTI resistance. Whether you can take it effectively will depend on your precise resistance pattern.
