CD4 590 and viral load millions all those zeros , have to laugh at it , anyways i have
  seen the threads and for the most part  i am   very optimistic ,but i am nervouse  from never takeing medicines at all  to  now taking it for the rest of my life , anyways my questions is how long should i waite after i eat to take it , i will be taking at nite ,and it says take on an empty stomach , but my stomach is never empty 8), so if anyone cud share some info i wud be really welcomed

It's great you are starting meds, it will start to get rid of that viral load in no time.

There have been many threads here on Atripla and when to take it.  Since you started this thread on the day you are starting meds, in case not too many people have a chance to see it, you can do a search for "Atripla empty stomach" and many threads come up with information.

The short answer is: yes, it is recommended to be taken on an empty stomach, meaning about 2 hours after eating. This is to minimize side effects.
